Research on milling hot plate processing technology
for tire shaping and curing press

Abstract: This paper introduces a study on the processing technology of a new milling-type hot plate
for tire molding curing presses. Through processing experiments, the effects of different processing methods
on the milling bottom plate flow channel were explored, and the optimal processing plan was determined
through comparison. At the same time, a clamping method was independently designed and developed,
introducing advanced magnetic clamping technology to effectively solve the problem of vertical clamping
of plate-type parts. In addition, automatic welding technology using welding robots was adopted to reduce
the labor intensity of workers and stabilize the welding quality. Through a process concentration method, the
overall processing technology of the hot plate was optimized and improved, greatly reducing the number of
process steps and improving processing efficiency and part accuracy.

柬埔寨上半年轮胎出口，突破 6.59 亿美元
Cambodia's tire exports exceeded 659 million US dollars in the first half of the year

据柬媒消息，2025 年上半年，柬埔寨汽车轮胎出口总额突破 6.59 亿美元，折合人民币 47.30 亿元，同比增
长近 80%，创下历史新高，成为该国外贸结构中的新兴增长极。
柬埔寨海关与税务总局发布的数据显示，轮胎产品正迅速跻身出口主力阵营，显示出该产业在全球市场中逐
步扩大影响力。
对此，柬商务部国务秘书兼发言人班速威杰指出，轮胎出口的快速增长是政府推动出口多元化和制造业升级
的积极成果。他表示，发展新兴制造产业、拓展区域与国际市场是柬埔寨提升经济韧性和外汇创收能力的重要战
略方向，而汽车轮胎产业正逐步成长为国家工业发展的支柱之一。
据柬商业部统计，2024 年柬埔寨汽车轮胎出口额达 8.7 亿美元，较 2023 年的 3.8 亿美元，增长了 129%。轮
胎制造业正在迅速成为柬埔寨经济增长的重要驱动力，尤其是在橡胶产业的发展上发挥着关键作用。
目前，柬埔寨已吸引 5 家外国轮胎制造企业设立生产基地，所有企业均来自中国。已有 3 家轮胎厂投入运营，
分别是位于柴桢省巴域市的赛轮轮胎、西哈努克省的通用轮胎，以及桔井省的双星轮胎。
此外， 2025 年 1 月，万力轮胎柬埔寨生产基地举行了奠基仪式。该项目位于柴桢省新巴域特区，分为两期建设，
其中一期投资约 2.39 亿美元，总占地面积约 32 公顷。建成后，年产 600 万条半钢子午线轮胎的生产能力将逐步
实现。另外，柬埔寨发展理事会（CDC）去年批准正道轮胎投资项目，预计年产 600 万套半钢子午线轮胎及 120

万套全钢子午线轮胎，并已于 2024 年 实现投产。2025 年 1 月 9 日，正道轮胎二期 “ 年产 150 万套全钢子午线轮胎 ”
项目完成备案，预计投产后柬埔寨基地总产能将提升至 870 万套。
