Abstract: The main function of the tire vulcanization post-inflation treatment device is to cool and shape
new tires that have just undergone the vulcanization process and to test their pressure resistance and sealing
properties. In the tire post-inflation treatment process, a certain amount of high-pressure gas is filled into the
tires that have just undergone the vulcanization process and maintained for a period of time. This allows the
new tires to obtain a stable shape and stable steel ring flange dimensions. This process saves the excessive
consumption of fossil fuels in tire vulcanization and also improves the working efficiency of the tire curing
press. The tire steel ring that has undergone the post-treatment process has a stable positioning size, which is
conducive to the subsequent automatic assembly of tires and rims.

意大利 Ecopol ：推出 PVA 覆膜的食品级纸包装
Ecopol, Italy: Launches food-grade paper packaging with PVA coating

近日，意大利 Ecopol 公司与意大利 RDM 集团联合开发了一种新型阻隔包装解决方案，即以再生纸板为基底，
覆上一层由 Ecopol 提供的聚乙烯醇 (PVOH) 薄膜。这种聚乙烯醇是一种透明、可生物降解且溶于水的聚合物。
该包装虽可进入常规纸张回收流程，但由于阻隔层的存在，适用于食品及易受香气影响产品的包装。聚乙烯
醇薄膜可通过优化处理，具备耐氧气、耐油脂、耐潮湿及耐矿物油的性能。
PVA 和 PVOH 是同一种高分子材料。 PVA( 聚乙烯醇 ) 是一种水溶性高分子聚合物，而 PVOH( 聚乙烯醇缩
醛类树脂 ) 是 PVA 的改性产品，两者化学结构相似，主要区别在于 PVOH 通过特殊工艺增强了材料的热塑性和
加工性能。在实际应用中，PVOH 常以涂覆形式用于包装领域，而 PVA 更多用于水溶性和环保包装材料。
两家合作企业表示 ： “ 将再生纸板用于食品包装一直是项挑战，因为它可能被加工设备中使用的食品级矿物
油污染，这种新型聚乙烯醇薄膜阻隔纸板解决了这一问题，在常规纤维回收流程中可达到 A 级可回收标准。”
RDM 集团与 Ecopol 目前正在寻找有意向开发基于该解决方案的新型包装的品牌方和加工商，并邀请潜在合
作伙伴加入现有项目。
Ecopol 公司总部位于皮斯托亚省的基耶西纳乌扎内塞，是欧洲主要的挤出型聚乙烯醇 (PVA) 薄膜生产商，
其产品用于单剂量洗涤剂、农业及水处理用化学品的包装。自 2023 年 9 月起，该公司由私募股权公司 SK 资本合
作伙伴控股。Ecopol 拥有 3 座工厂 ( 其中 2 座在意大利， 1 座在美国 )，员工逾 130 人，年营业额约 4 500 万欧元。
