日本橡胶企业牵头，打造回收炭黑全球供应链
Japanese rubber companies take the lead in building a global supply chain for recycling carbon black

日前，日本橡胶材料贸易巨头丸红株式会社宣布，计划为日本、东南亚和世界其他国家的轮胎回收供应链开
发一种商业模式。
第一步，该集团对泰国报废轮胎热裂解公司 “ 绿色橡胶能源 ”（GRE）进行了未披露金额的投资，以在泰国
生产回收炭黑和轮胎热解油。
丸红表示，通过投资位于泰国北榄府的业务，其目标是在泰国建立 “ 一个轮胎回收供应链，从废轮胎的收集
到回收材料的生产和销售。
丸红株式会社表示，将通过其汽车维修子公司 B-Quik Co. 向 GRE 提供收集到的废旧轮胎。
此外，通过使用丸红株式会社最近投资的德国回收炭黑纳米技术有限公司的技术纯化材料，扩大回收炭黑的
用途范围。
丸红技术橡胶株式会社将致力于扩大 GRE 生产的回收炭黑和轮胎热解油的销售。由此，回收炭黑和热解油
的产业链形成。
展望未来，这家总部位于东京的集团表示，其目标是扩大业务，泰国工厂将作为在其他地方发展轮胎回收业
务的 “ 典范 ”。下一步，将在日本、东南亚和世界其他国家推广。
