Influence of hollow tubes of hot oil system heaters
on the temperature field characteristics of pipelines

Abstract: Heater is the core component used in hot oil systems to control temperature and regulate
thermal energy. Inside the heater, there is a hollow tube structure that, although not involved in the heating
process itself, can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the heater during the heating process. In
order to investigate the specific influence of hollow tubes on the temperature field characteristics of the
system during heating, this study constructed heater models with and without hollow tubes, and conducted
thermal flow coupling analysis using Ansys Fluent software. The analysis results show that the hollow tube has
a significant impact on the flow state of hot oil inside the pipeline, which can promote the hot oil to pass
through the surface of the heater at a higher flow rate, thereby significantly reducing the surface temperature
of the heater.

2025 上半年 ：我国橡胶和塑料制品业营收金额同比增长 3.7%
In the first half of 2025, China's rubber and plastic products industry saw a year-on-year increase of 3.7% in
revenue

近年来，随着技术的不断提升，与市场的持续扩展，我国橡塑产业正展现出独特的发展轨迹。据国家统计局
数据显示，1~6 月份，全国规模以上工业企业实现利润总额 34 365.0 亿元，同比下降 1.8%。其中，橡胶和塑料
制品业营收金额为 14 906.4 亿元，同比增长 3.7%；营业成本 12 663.7 亿元，同比增长 4.15. 利润总额， 724.9 亿元，
同比下降 2.8%。
具体来看，2025 年 1~2 月橡胶和塑料制品业营业收入累计值为 4 451.4 亿元，累计增长 6.5%。1~3 月橡胶
和塑料制品业营业收入累计值为 7 127.8 亿元，累计增长 6.7%。1~4 月橡胶和塑料制品业营业收入累计值为 9
766.8 亿元，累计增长 6%。1~5 月橡胶和塑料制品业营业收入累计值为 1 2374.1 亿元，累计增长 5.1%。
值得一提的是，1~6 月，全国塑料制品产量就已累计 3 842.4 万 t，同比增长 5.0%，其中 6 月单月产量
690.1 万 t，同比增长 3.8%。
综合来看，2025 年上半年，橡胶和塑料制品业呈现 “ 增收不增利 ” 的分化格局。业内分析认为，这一现象是
原材料成本压力、下游需求分化、政策环境变化等多重因素共振的结果。同时，也体现出我国橡塑行业已迈入从
规模扩张向质量效益转型的关键阶段。
未来，行业将加速进入技术密集型增长阶段，在绿色化、智能化、全球化的浪潮中实现价值重构。业内预计，
具备技术储备、资本实力、全球化产能布局和供应链韧性的头部企业将主导市场，在新能源汽车轻量化材料、高
端包装、再生塑料等领域，通过技术创新和规模化优势不断巩固市场地位，而依赖传统产能的中小企业则将加速
转型或退出。
值得注意的是，这一过程中，中国或将有望凭借完整的产业链、政策支持和市场规模，加速从 “ 橡塑制造大国 ”
迈向 “ 橡塑强国 ”。
