Abstract: This article proposes the concept of AI injection molding and analyzes the modules and
performance of AI integrated into AI injection molding; Studied AI injection molding technology to improve
injection molding performance; Discussed the current application status of AI injection molding; Several
aspects of expanding and deepening the research field of AI injection molding technology have been
proposed; Elaborated on the development of a high dynamic performance operating mechanism for AI
injection molding machines. AI injection molding indicates that in the future, injection molding will develop
towards self-learning, data-driven, and intelligent services, and will drive the industry towards higher levels of
intelligence.

产能 385 万 t 前三季度炭黑行业利润大幅增长

11 月 13 日，在福建泉州惠安召开的 2024 年中国炭黑展望会上获悉，今年前三季度，炭黑行业完成了炭黑
总产量 385 万 t，同比增长了 6%，实现利润有了一个比较大幅度增长。
中国橡胶工业协会炭黑分会理事长、江西黑猫炭黑股份有限公司总经理李毅在会上介绍说，十四五期间，我
国炭黑工业的生产规模不断扩大，产品质量也得到了显著提升。相关数据显示，2019 年中国炭黑行业市场规模
568.26 亿元，2023 年中国炭黑行业市场规模 706.96 亿元，年均增幅约 5.6%。2023 年全国炭黑产能 886 万 t，
产量 626 万 t，炭黑装置开工率约为 70%。
中国橡胶工业协会炭黑分会秘书长丁丽萍致辞指出，炭黑行业是非常重要的行业，同时也是传统行业，多年
来炭黑行业营业利润微薄，企业在最大限度的向管理要效益，经营成本逐渐降低，炭黑产品单位能耗水平排世界
前列，《轮胎和炭黑单位产品综合能源消耗》标准已正式发布，并于 2025 年 5 月 1 日起实施，这标志着行业从不
合理的能源消耗大户回归正轨。
丁丽萍介绍说，今年前三季度，炭黑行业完成了炭黑总产量 385 万 t，同比增长了 6%，实现利润有了一个比
较大幅度的增长。在新版炭黑能源消耗标准的支撑下，积极寻求国家对炭黑出口退税的政策支持，可以有效缓解
炭黑产业发展困境，提高企业再发展后劲，促进国内、国外两大市场同时增长，摆脱在整个橡胶行业中，炭黑行
业利润率处于所有产业链中最底端的尴尬境地。
