Application and benefit analysis of new energy
in tire production enterprises

Abstract: This article explores the application of solar energy in tire production enterprises from 3 aspects:
collectors for heating, photovoltaic panels for power generation and grid connection, and photovoltaic
power generation converted into thermal energy. The article provides a detailed analysis of the economic
benefits of each application. In addition, this article briefly introduces the application of electric vulcanization
technology in tire production, emphasizing its important role in energy conservation, cost reduction, and
carbon emission reduction.

近日，德国大陆集团宣布，旗下马牌轮胎将为保时捷新款帕拉梅拉（Panamera）运动型轿车提供配套，以实
现最佳性能。
该车配备适合运动驾驶的 SportContact 7、适合全季节操控的 ProContact RX 和适合冬季条件的
WinterContact TS 860 S。
大陆集团表示，SportContact 7 性能卓越，专为运动驾驶而设计。独立轮胎测试对其操控特性和短制动距离
表示赞赏。2023 年，三名测试评审团将其评为 “ 杰出 ” 或 “ 卓越 ”。与上一代产品相比，这款轮胎将湿地制动距
离缩短了 8%，干地制动距离缩短了 6%。大陆集团将这款轮胎的使用寿命延长了 17%。
ProContact RX 注重干湿路面上的抓地力和制动性能，以实现全年可靠性。它提供精确的转向响应，确保平
稳行驶，噪音低，增加舒适度。
WinterContact TS 860 S 专为冬季条件而设计对于冬季驾驶，这款轮胎可在干燥和潮湿的道路上精确处理低
温，提供可靠的性能。

东洋轮胎，宣布启动重组

东洋轮胎公司宣布了组织结构调整，包括高管团队内部改组。自 1 月 1 日起，东洋轮胎成立了新部门，对其
橡胶产品开发、汽车零部件测试和汽车零部件生产技术部门进行综合管控。
东洋轮胎 12 月 27 日发布的公告指出，这三个部门均隶属于研发总部的技术开发部门，履行与汽车零部件相
关的职能。通过组织变革，该公司旨在实现各部门之间更好的协调，从而增强其汽车零部件业务能力。
相关管理层变动将于 3 月 26 日生效，其中包括 Hasumi Kiyohito 除担任公司高管、业务总部副总裁外，还
将担任董事职务。
